Return & Size Exchange Policy
YingMart offers size exchanges for eligible items. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you may return your order within 14 days from the date you receive the shipment.
To be eligible for a size exchange, the returned item must:
- Be returned in its original condition
- Include the original packaging
- Remain in 100% good condition
- Have no cracks or breaks
Important: Please pack the item carefully when returning it. We will inspect the returned item upon arrival and can only approve the size exchange if the item remains in 100% good condition.
How to Request a Size Exchange

Please provide your order number and let us know which size you would like to exchange your item for. Our team will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please use appropriate protective packaging when returning the item to help prevent damage during transit.
Exchange Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect its condition. The size exchange will only be accepted if the item and its original packaging remain in acceptable condition and the item has no cracks or breaks.
