Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with services provided from us. If your product is defective or not as described, please do not worry. Simply send us an email at ying@yingmart.co and we will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
Any unsuccessful deliveries due to customer errors in the shipping address, unavailability to receive the package, or loss of products after confirmed delivery (as verified by shipping carriers) will not be eligible for a refund or return. Refused deliveries will also not be refunded.
Any dissatisfaction related to apparel sizing or color differences will not be eligible for refund or replacement. Please refer to our apparel size chart and jewelry size chart and review your order confirmation within 24 hours of purchase to request any necessary changes.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. During the holiday season, please inspect your items promptly and contact us as soon as possible if there is any issue with your order.
Refund Policy
Due to hygiene considerations and the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless the item received has a major defect, such as:
- Being significantly different from the description or sample provided
- Being incorrect (not what you ordered)
Please note that our products are made-to-order and produced based on customer demand. Therefore, they may not always be readily available. In addition, colors in promotional images may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting conditions and monitor display settings. Minor variations will not qualify as defects.
If the issue is determined to be major, we may offer a replacement or refund within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, the product may remain in the customer's possession.
To initiate a claim, please contact our Customer Support team and include the following details:
- Order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Important: If you return your order without prior approval from our Customer Support team or if the return does not meet our requirements, your refund will be denied. You will be notified by email with further instructions, if applicable.
We do NOT offer refunds on items purchased during holiday promotions or items purchased using discount codes.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?
If you change your mind regarding your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with the requested changes. We will confirm once the cancellation or modification has been completed.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After that period, the order will proceed to processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
